Ernest J. Brennan, affectionately known to all of his friends and family as Ernie, has a long history in business, government and community relations on PEI. Ernie’s son, David M. Brennan, (UPEI BBA ’86), established this scholarship as a gift to his father for one of his milestone birthdays. UPEI is honoured to grant this scholarship to a student entering UPEI from a Prince Edward Island high school that is located in a rural community.
